You’ll design and ship a production-grade AI platform, collaborate directly with founders on product and design decisions, and partner with both large enterprises and cutting-edge startups. Strong frontend development skills withReact (or Next.js)andTypeScript . Excellentvisual and interaction design skills— able to take ideas from concept to polished UI. Deep understanding ofHTML, CSS (or TailwindCSS) , responsive design, and accessibility. Experience integrating with APIs and collaborating closely with backend engineers. A0 → 1 builder mindset— comfortable owning both design and implementation from scratch. Ability to thrive infast-paced, iterative startup environmentsand balance speed with craftsmanship.Nice-to-haves (but not required):Experience creating or maintainingdesign systemsand reusable component libraries.
