Job Title: Image RetoucherRole OverviewWe’re looking for an in-house Image Retoucher who combines technical precision with a refined visual sensibility. The role focuses on catalog and product imagery, ensuring every visual feels consistent, elevated, and brand-aligned. The retoucher will also work closely with the photography and creative teams during studio shoots, contributing to the end-to-end visual production process.Key ResponsibilitiesRetouch and color-correct high-resolution product and model images for catalog, e-commerce, and campaign use.Maintain lighting, color, and tone consistency across all product categories.Execute precise jewelry retouching - maintaining realism in metal, stone, and texture.Collaborate closely with photographers, stylists, and the creative team on shoot and post-production requirements.Manage and organize image files efficiently for smooth workflow and cross-department access.Deliver final assets in required formats and timelines for digital and print channels.RequirementsFormal education in image retouching, photography, or visual arts, or equivalent experience in fashion/product brand workflows.2-4 years of experience in image retouching, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or beauty categories.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop; working knowledge of Lightroom or Capture One preferred.Strong understanding of lighting, color accuracy, and realistic finishing.Ability to maintain quality and consistency across large image volumes.Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced studio environment.Bonus PointsPrior experience in a luxury, fashion, or jewelry e-commerce studio setup.Understanding of jewelry materials, reflections, and finishes.Familiarity with image workflow systems or basic video cleanup techniques.What We OfferFull-time, on-site role at Pune corporate office with active involvement in studio shoots and creative production.Opportunity to work within a dynamic in-house creative team of a fast-growing brand.A collaborative environment where creativity, precision, and brand storytelling come together.Exposure to catalog, campaign, and editorial visual workflows at a national scale.
