With a mission to make testing a “HAPPY TESTING” experience for all stakeholders, we are dedicated to delivering bug-free, secure, and accessible software solutions across the BFSI and enterprise domains.About the Role:We are looking for a skilled Accessibility Tester who will ensure that our web and mobile applications meet international accessibility standards and provide an inclusive experience for all users. This role requires hands-on experience with accessibility tools, assistive technologies, and a thorough understanding of WCAG guidelines.Key Responsibilities:- Perform accessibility testing of web and mobile applications as per WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, Section 508, and ADA standards. - Use accessibility tools such as AXE, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, and Accessibility Insights to identify and analyze issues. - Prepare accessibility test cases, document defects, and collaborate with developers and UX teams for remediation. - Conduct detailed accessibility audits and prepare compliance reports. - Advocate for accessibility best practices across teams and contribute to continuous process improvement.Requirements:- 2–6 years of experience in software testing, including at least 1 year in Accessibility Testing. - Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2, ARIA roles, and semantic HTML/CSS. - Hands-on experience with assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack). - Familiarity with automated accessibility tools such as Deque AXE, Pa11y, and Accessibility Insights. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- IAAP Certification (CPACC / CPWA / WAS) – Preferred and highly valued. - Prior experience in accessibility testing within the Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) domain. - Experience in automated accessibility testing frameworks and browser developer tools.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Why Join AQM Technologies?- Opportunity to make a real impact through digital inclusion. - Collaborative, inclusive, and learning-focused environment. - Continuous growth in the Accessibility and QA domain.Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resumes at khushee.dubey@aqmtechnologies.comYou can also visit our website www.aqmtechnologies.com for more information.To know more about our company culture and services, please check the links below:-Corporate Video: https://youtu.be/dA_sIEenCyM -Service Portfolio: https://youtu.be/JDctG42NfKc -HR Culture Video: https://youtu.be/8eg40WfIb5Y
