Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled Software Testing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. As a Software Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing methodologies. You will play a critical role in identifying defects, verifying functionality, and ensuring overall product integrity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software products.

- Perform various types of testing including product testing, integration testing, and unit testing.

- Identify, record, and track software defects to resolution.

- Collaborate with software development teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage.

- Work closely with stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications.

- Automate test cases and test scripts where applicable to improve testing efficiency.

- Document test results, procedures, and defects encountered during testing.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficiency in C++ programming language.

- Experience with Linux-based systems and software testing on Linux platforms.

- Knowledge of Python scripting language for Linux testing.

- Experience in product testing, integration testing, or unit testing.

Preferred Skills :


- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.

- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- 3-6 years of experience in software testing or a related role.

- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
