Role Overview

This isn’t your typical producer role. We’re seeking a high-impact, entrepreneurial partner who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and overseeing premium VFX projects.

You’ll serve as our key representative in the MENA region, connecting Ventana’s creative and technical excellence with regional opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who’s both a seasoned CG/VFX Producer and a natural business builder.


Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Drive lead generation and pitch Ventana’s services to agencies, brands, and production houses.
  • Convert opportunities into projects through effective negotiation and strategy.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at industry events, meetings, and festivals.

Production Oversight

  • Oversee commercial VFX/CG projects from concept to delivery.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and technical scopes alongside our global teams.
  • Run daily calls/reviews with teams and clients, ensuring quality and alignment.
  • Handle cross-site production communication with our Mumbai-based studio.


What We're Looking For

  • Based in Dubai/UAE with a strong network in the regional film/advertising industry.
  • 5+ years of experience in the CG/VFX industry across producer and BD roles.
  • Deep understanding of the CG/VFX production pipeline, workflows, and commercial delivery.
  • Proven success in winning projects, managing clients, and leading teams.
  • Confident communicator in both creative and technical discussions.
  • Highly self-driven and goal-oriented, with a passion for creative growth.
  • Familiarity with MS Office (Excel), ShotGrid, or similar scheduling/tracking tools.


Nice to Have

  • Prior experience working with India-based teams or vendors.
  • Background as a VFX artist or formal training in a related field.
  • Experience producing high-end commercials or branded content.
