Grow Your Staff is looking for a Technical Product Manager for a leading tech company based in the US. This is a full-time remote opportunity.


The role offers excellent growth opportunities as you work closely with dynamic engineering teams and stakeholders to bridge business strategy and technical execution.


Experience Required: 3+ years

CTC: 14-17 LPA

Location: Remote

Type of Employment: Full-time

Working Hours: 5:30 PM - 2:30 AM IST (Monday–Friday)


Responsibilities:


Product Strategy & Execution:

  • Own the product roadmap and strategy, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
  • Write clear technical requirements and define system architecture with engineering teams.
  • Lead sprint planning and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Track and measure product success through data-driven decisions.


Technical Leadership:

  • Partner with engineering teams on technical feasibility and architecture decisions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Guide development teams through technical trade-offs and dependencies.
  • Stay updated on technology trends to inform product decisions.


Stakeholder Management:

  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Present product strategy and progress to leadership.
  • Engage directly with customers to understand technical needs.


Qualifications: 


  • 3+ years of product management experience in a technology company.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and computer vision technologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and sales.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
