You will work closely with product managers, UX researchers, and engineering teams to deliver actionable insights that influence decision-making.In this role, you will play a key role in: Applying analytics to solve complex product challenges and improve user engagement. Designing and executing A/B tests, setting hypotheses, and interpreting results to guide product decisions. Utilizing web analytics tools and tagging frameworks to capture and analyze user behavior. Translating complex data into clear, compelling insights that influence product strategy. Collaborating cross-functionally with product, UX, and engineering teams to deliver impactful solutions.Your Profile You are a data-driven professional with strong technical expertise and a passion for improving product performance through analytics. Top 5 Technical Skills: SQL & Python– for data manipulation, analysis, and insight generation. Web Analytics & Tagging– experience with Adobe Analytics/Adobe Experience Platform. A/B Testing & Experimentation– statistical techniques, hypothesis setting, and interpretation. Data Visualization & Reporting– proficiency in Tableau for dashboards and automated reporting. Cross-functional Collaboration– ability to work with product managers, UX researchers, and engineers.Must-Have (Essential): 8+ years applying analytics to solve complex product challenges. Strong SQL & Python skills for data manipulation and analysis. Proficient experience with web analytics tools and tagging (Adobe Analytics/AEP preferred). Skilled in A/B testing and advanced interpretation of user behavior impact. Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence product strategy. Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.Good-to-Have (Desirable): Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Physical Sciences. Experience with data governance, ROI analysis, and reporting requirements. Prior work in fast-paced, global organizations. Expertise with Tableau dashboards and automated reporting.
