We are seeking a seasoned hands-on engineer to be a key contributor in building our next-generation, highly secure, and compliant Cloud Platform. This is a build-and-develop role focused on creating a self-service platform for DevOps teams using modern platform engineering principles.


Role : Senior Cloud Engineer

Location : Pune

Experience : 12+ years

Mandatory : Public Cloud (AWS/Azure) experience of Min 8+ Years


What We Are Looking For (Must-Have):

  • Overall IT experience of 12-15 years.
  • Minimum 8+ years of hands-on experience with AWS/Azure.
  • Extensive knowledge of Public Cloud architecture and Landing Zone design.
  • 8+ years of hands-on coding experience with IaC: Terraform and Ansible.
  • 5+ years of experience in Cloud resource/API development.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience developing with Kubernetes (EKS/AKS).
  • Mandatory: 2+ years of practical experience with the Crossplane framework.
  • 8+ years of proficiency with DevOps tools: Jenkins, GitHub, Groovy.

  • Languages: Python, Golang, Bash
  • IaC & Platform: Crossplane, Terraform
  • Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Sonar, Dynatrace

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Developing and engineering a future-proof Cloud Platform aligned with global security standards.
  • Writing code for Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and building platform APIs using Crossplane.
  • Building a platform with integrated DevSecOps and FinOps practices.
  • Automating and improving development and release processes.
