Hiring Now: Principal Software Development Consultant (Cloud-Native & High-Performance Systems) | Rust | Remote (India)Location: Remote (India) |Shift: UK Overlap (2 PM – 11 PM IST / 3 PM – 12 Midnight IST)Type: Full-time |Level: Principal Engineer / ConsultantExperience: 10+ years (with recent hands-on coding)We’re looking for a Principal Software Development Consultant who leads by example — through code, problem-solving, and real delivery, not just guidance.You’ll design and ship cloud-native, high-performance systems, using modern infrastructure and compiled language Rust , while mentoring teams through strong technical leadership.What You’ll Do- Build scalable, cloud-native backend systems - Write production-grade Rust code focused on performance - Lead through code reviews, prototyping, and mentorship - Work hands-on with containers, Kubernetes, autoscaling, and CI/CD - Drive implementation from design to deployment - Tune performance and handle concurrency & optimization challenges✅ Requirements- 10+ years in software engineering (backend, systems, or platform) - Min 4+ years of Proven experience with Rust.
