We enable organizations to build scalable, future-ready systems—while empowering individuals and teams with practical, industry-aligned technology training.Role OverviewThis role combines video editing, graphic design, motion graphics, and eLearning development.You will transform raw online training recordings into interactive, engaging, animation-rich learning content aligned with modern 2025 standards. Your work will directly enhance the quality of our technical training programs and global learner experience.Key Responsibilities Video Editing & Multimedia Production- Edit long-form technical training recordings into structured, polished learning videos. - Use modern 2025 tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, Descript, Runway ML, and similar platforms for editing and enhancement. - Add motion graphics, animated callouts, transitions, captions, lower thirds, and visual engagement elements. - Apply AI-based improvements such as auto-captioning, smart cuts, noise reduction, and scene clean-up. - Create intro/outro animations, infographics, title cards, and 2D/3D educational visuals.eLearning Development & Instructional Design Support- Convert edited training videos into interactive eLearning modules using: - Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Camtasia, and similar tools. - Collaborate with trainers/subject matter experts to ensure learning accuracy and flow. - Create templates, storyboards, design documents, and visual guidelines. - Develop quizzes, assessments, and knowledge checks to improve learning effectiveness. - Ensure SCORM/xAPI compatibility for LMS platforms. - Conduct QA reviews, fix usability issues, and finalize content for deployment. - Ensure courses operate smoothly across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.Content Modernization & Continuous Improvement- Refresh existing courses with updated visuals, animations, layouts, and interactions. - Stay current with the latest eLearning trends, design best practices, and AI-driven content creation tools. - Maintain proper documentation, versioning, and project organization. - Optimize content for YouTube, LMS platforms, and other digital channels.Required Skills & Experience Must-Have Technical Skills- Proficiency in video editing tools: - Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva Video, Descript, Camtasia, or similar. - Experience with animation/motion graphics tools: - After Effects, Vyond, Blender, Canva, Runway ML, Pika Labs, or other modern AI-based animation systems. - Experience with eLearning authoring tools: - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc. - Understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning principles. - Working knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and LMS publishing standards. - Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. - Strong graphic design and visualization skills (infographics, diagrams, layouts).Experience- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent diploma/certification. - 3–8 years of experience in video editing, animation, multimedia design, or eLearning development. - Experience in technical or IT-focused training content is a strong advantage.Good-to-Have Skills- Ability to write scripts for voiceovers and training modules. - Storyboarding and conceptual visualization skills. - Experience creating rapid-content solutions using Canva, CapCut, or AI-based tools. - Experience with SharePoint or content management systems. - Strong sense of UI/UX for learning experience design.Soft Skills- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - High initiative, independence, and ownership. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability. - Ability to collaborate effectively with global/remote teams. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Creativity, attention to detail, and a learner-first mindset. - Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently.What We Offer- Opportunity to work with cutting-edge, AI-driven multimedia and eLearning workflows. - Long-term, stable project pipeline. - Flexible working hours. - Competitive compensation based on skills and portfolio.
