eClerx is hiring for Loan Syndication Team lead and Managers with Loan Servicing/Loan Syndication exposure.*Mandate to have Loan Syndication experience from a Investment banking domain**Should be comfortable with all shifts including core nightLoans- Associate Process Manager/Process Manager- ResponsibilitiesAssisting analysts/senior analysts with query resolution & exceptionsClient Management – establish self as a valued partner and work closely to achieve goals defined.Handling client escalations & independently managing back office operationsGenerate Management Information (daily/weekly/monthly)Managing Daily/Weekly/Monthly calls with the clientMentoring & grooming of new/existing team membersHighlight risk/control issues within the process to Senior Managers and work on mitigating themIdentifying PI opportunities and deliver benefitsIdentify RPA opportunities within the processDocumentation and Change ManagementLead various quality initiatives across processes managedMinimum Qualifications- Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)4 to 10 years of experience in handling team of minimum 10 members and has good experience and knowledge of Processing of Syndicated Loans - Participation/Agented /Bilateral Deals.Conceptualize, design and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on a variety of projects ranging in both complexity and scopeKnowledge of / prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies highly preferredSeeking a challenging new position in a dynamic high growth company and industry.Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities.Preferred Qualifications- Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal directionShould be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – ability to read situations and act in minutesWillingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills and stay relevant to business demandsExcellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.About UseClerx Financial Markets offers consulting, technological innovation, and process management expertise to uniquely solve operational challenges for financial organizations worldwide.
