Job Title: Team Lead, Outbound Operations Location: HyderabadSummary: Amazon is a highly data driven company highly obsessive aboutmetrics.Job Deliverables:· ·Conduct daily training and also will be responsible to conduct daily skill huddles ·Quality Feedback to associates ·Stand-in for Process Associate and the Area Manager.Skills required: ·Knowledge of problem solve tools ·Good in SQL Queries, math and data analytics ·Proficiency in MS Excel ( knowledge of macros is an added advantage) - Candidates should be willing to work in Night Shift based on requirementsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Speak, write, and read fluently in EnglishOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
