Job Description :

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment and is comfortable with coding.

You will be responsible for testing our nearly market-ready Built on Workday applications to ensure they meet our high standards before release. As part of this role, you will also have the opportunity to define and refine our QA processes and test cases as we build our testing framework from scratch.

Key Responsibilities :

- Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test cases and test scenarios for our Built on Workday applications, ensuring comprehensive testing and quality before market release.

- Process Ownership: Take initiative to own and define Soiftware QA processes and best practices in an evolving, agile environment.

- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure smooth iterative releases and continuous improvements.

- Problem Solving: Identify issues, perform root cause analysis, and contribute to creative solutions for both manual and, when available, automated testing scenarios.

- Agile Participation: Embrace the iterative process of agile development, continuously testing and refining our applications as they evolve.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Experience in a software development environment, preferably within a SW development company.

- Proven experience in app software quality assurance (QA) within an agile, iterative development process.

- Comfortable with coding and able to understand technical requirements to create effective test cases.

Nice-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with automated SQA testing and using scripting for SQA purposes.

- Ability to contribute to building a testing framework from the ground up.
