Head - Roads & Highways

Responsibilities include :

- Project Management and Execution, Planning, Budgeting, Estimation, Billing, Procurement, Quality Control and Assurance

- Collaborate with team engineers, client, consultant, stack holders etc. to determine the timely achievement.

- Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements and contracts, Obtain applicable permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.

- Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities, Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies, Supervise the work of agencies.

- Contract administration of projects for cost and time control. Ability to envisage and implement innovative solutions for overall Project Management including Design Management, Construction monitoring, and Asset management.

- Should have good experience in client co-ordination with NHAI, Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Indian Railways, RVNL, State Govt. officials. Experience in Project Management of large-scale projects including substantial development, elaborated designs

- Program and schedule project chronologies and chase the deliverables. Develop the strategy to undertake the construction of project in line with the business plans.

- Should have good accumulation of knowledge in handling variations due to design changes and construction requirements with site conditions and maintaining the change documentation
