With our Corporate Office on Cunningham Road, Bengaluru, and a Branch Office in Netaji Subhash Place, New Delhi, we proudly serve clients across India.Role Overview As the Design Team Head, you will spearhead design vision, mentor the architectural team, and ensure design excellence across all project stages. You will work collaboratively with technical, PM, and visualization teams to deliver context-driven, future-focused educational spaces.Key Responsibilities Lead concept creation and design development for educational and institutional projects. Guide, mentor, and review the work of the design team to ensure high-quality output. Collaborate with technical, Project Management, and visualization teams for integrated project delivery. Drive design innovation, creativity, and excellence in all client presentations. Ensure design integrity and consistency from early stages to final execution.Requirements 7+ yearsof professional architectural experience. B.Arch / M.Archfrom a recognized institution. Strong proficiency inLumion, AutoCAD, and SketchUp . A portfolio demonstratingdesign leadershipand conceptual strength. Passion for educational, user-centric, and research-driven design.
