Our rugs, cushions, and throws are woven on traditional handlooms, supporting the livelihoods of hand spinners and weavers in Haryana, India.We are committed to sustainability and preserving traditional weaving techniques while blending modern aesthetics with timeless craftsmanship.About the RoleWe’re looking for aSenior Executive – HR, Administration & Complianceto manage day-to-day HR operations, factory administration, and statutory compliance across our five manufacturing units in Panipat.The role will support both theHead of OperationsandHR Manager , ensuring smooth functioning of facilities, documentation, and audit readiness.Key ResponsibilitiesOverseegeneral administration , housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, and transport across all units. Support HR inattendance, payroll coordination, recruitment, onboarding, and employee welfare activities . Maintain and renewstatutory, social, and ethical compliance records(BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, CTPAT, etc.). Coordinate forbuyer and third-party audits , and ensure timely closure of corrective actions. Liaise withgovernment departments, consultants, and certifying agenciesfor licenses and inspections. MaintainMIS and documentationfor HR and compliance functions. Assist in managingsecurity, canteen, and facility operationsfor all sites.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree inBusiness Administration / Management / HR(Master’s preferred). 5–10 yearsof experience inHR, administration, and compliancein a manufacturing or export setup. Good understanding offactory compliance standards(BSCI, SEDEX, ISO, WRAP, etc.). Strong organizational and coordination skills with a hands-on, proactive attitude. Proficient inMS Officeand digital documentation systems.Key AttributesIntegrity, discipline, and strong follow-up. Practical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks across units independently.
