What will you be doing?


• Design and implement the technological architecture of payment app.

• Technical design: Collaborate with the technical design and roadmap of a payment app tech strategy together with the tech leads

• Tech Implementation: Guide the team in the implementation of the technological strategy for a payment app

• Performance management: Actively engage in coding to help the team develop a robust solution; Identify and resolve technical impediments

• Innovation: Constantly look for new ways of solving technical problems and designing solutions, without fear of challenging the status quo

• Technology strategy: Maintain the technology vision in the long term and suggest improvements in said plan

• Coaching and guidance: Act as mentor and coach of the technical team in the pod, especially during code reviews

• Collaboration: Provide the team with an action plan to implement software eng. practices & improve code quality.

• Improvement: Understand global best practices & adapt them for a payment app domain experience along with Agile/Digital Experience.

• High energy, passionate person who inspires colleagues Enthusiasm to try new solutions outside of known ones


What are we looking for?


Mindsets and Behaviors • 6-10 years of proven tech experience with deep knowledge of the principles of programming and engineering

• Bachelors in Computer Science (or related field) and Masters in Computer Science (or related field) preferred

• Experience in designing tech architecture for payment products in high volume transaction / digital interactions space

• Seasoned professional application design and implementation (e.g., React Native, Flutter, Golang, Java)

• Experience in integration with JS frameworks, e.g., Node.js

• Experience in designing using modern architectural patterns like, microservices, messaging, workflows, event driven systems etc

• Highly comfortable with design patterns related to microservices

• Proficient in distributed systems tech stacks like Kafka, ELK, In-memory databases, Cassandra or other such DBs

• Agile development knowledge, preferably with experience as technical or similar leader

• Knowledge of relationships with PO, Agile Coach and technical team

• Working style under principles and values of agile software development

• Strong communication skills to convey technical messages clearly

• Active coach & mentor focused on growing & maximizing team potential
