Ideal Candidate Profile This may be the right role for you if you have: 8 to 10 years of experiencewith integrated creative production as a Specialist designer in an agency or studio that specializes in serving healthcare and pharmaceutical brands Experience working withmarketing, copywriting, and strategy teamsto conceptualize and develop visual narratives that meet business goals Ability to ensure all visual content adheres tobrand standards, accessibility guidelines, and channel-specific specifications Skills tocreate templates, design systems, and scalable design assetsfor recurring use Capability toprovide art direction supportand offer design recommendations based on target audience and campaign objectives Expertise toguide visual consistencyacross multi-format deliverables such as landing pages, social carousels, email templates, and presentations Experience toreview and refine assets developed by junior designers ; provide constructive feedback and quality assurance Awareness tostay up to date with industry trendsand proactively introduce innovative design formats, techniques, and tools Ability tomanage timelines and workload independentlywhile collaborating across creative, production, and marketing teams Willingness toparticipate in project scoping, estimation, and stakeholder reviewsas needed Discipline toproperly save files within our online server system Precision toexecute specific marked-up changeswithin the materials, such as flashcards, leave behinds, banner ads, emails, websites, and videos Flexibility tore-size approved materialsas needed (resize journal ads to new size, resize banner ads to new sizes, resize emails for mobile) Ownership tohandle the final production of jobsand deliver to vendors/internal developers Understanding ofagency processas it applies to timelines, routes, and deliverables Ability totroubleshoot and flex within the roleas needed Capacity tohandle a high volume of projectsfrom different clients
