Vision, Strategy, and Growth:- Strategic Leadership: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategic plan for the company, focusing on expansion, market penetration, and diversification within the roads, highways, rail, and associated infrastructure markets.- Commercial Growth: Lead high-level business development activities, securing major projects (e.g., PPP, EPC, BOT, Hybrid Annuity Models), and driving top-line revenue and market share growth.- Innovation: Champion technological advancement, adoption of digital construction methods (BIM, modular construction), and sustainable practices within infrastructure projects.II. Financial Performance and Governance:- P&L and Financial Health: Take full accountability for the company's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, balance sheet, and overall financial performance. Drive profitability, control costs, and optimize capital utilization.- Investor Relations & Funding: Manage relations with investors, financial institutions, and the Board of Directors. Oversee strategies for project financing, debt management, and capital expenditure (CapEx) planning.- Risk Management: Establish and monitor comprehensive enterprise-wide risk management frameworks, specifically addressing financial, operational, contractual, and regulatory risks inherent in large-scale infrastructure projects.III. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is typically required.Experience: Minimum 20+ years of progressive executive experience in the Civil/Construction or Infrastructure industry, with extensive experience in managing large-scale roads and railway portfolios.
