In this role, you will collaborate with clients, technology partners, and your team to develop data engineering and analytics solutions tailored to unique business challenges. Utilizing both traditional and modern data stacks, this position is suited for individuals who are passionate about creating innovative analytics solutions that drive strategic business outcomes and enable data-driven insights. You will develop a team of data engineers focused on delivering custom, scalable data solutions to clients and ensuring high standards of data quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in a consulting environment.

What You'll Bring :

- 6-8 years of data engineering experience in programming and building large scale data/analytics solutions operating in production environments

- Proven experience in managing multiple, complex data engineering projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations.

- Exceptional project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.

- A client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects

- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision

- Ability to work effectively across functions and levels; comfort collaborating with teammates in a virtual environment

Experience in Technologies :

- Data analytics tools : SQL, Python, Snowflake

- Data Engineering tools : SSIS, Matillion, dbT

- CDC tools : Fivetran, STRIIM

- Data visualization tools : Tableau, Power BI

- Cloud platform : AWS, Azure

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines

- Certifications in any analytics/visualization tools or cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Snowpro, AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Azure Data Engineer / Analyst) are a plus
