Designation - Manager - Costing, Budgeting & MISLocation - Vadodara (corporate office)Responsibilities- maintain, and improve the information systems of the company, including databases, reports, dashboards and tools. - the accuracy, reliability and security of the data and systems. - timely and relevant information and insights to the management and other stakeholders. - the budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes of the company. - the bills processing and system adherence. - and enforce internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. - and maintain good relationships with shipping lines and other vendors. - the best freight rates and terms for our shipments. - and optimize the shipping costs and performance. - any issues or disputes related to shipping and logistics.Requirements- preferred or master’s degree in MIS, accounting, finance, business administration. - least 10 years of experience in MIS, accounting, finance, or related roles. - in MS Office, especially Excel, and other information systems and software. - analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. - communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills. - to work independently and as part of a team. - to detail and accuracy. - of shipping and logistics industry and practices. - in negotiating freight rates and contracts with shipping lines.
