Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with expertise in Java/Scala/Groovy/Golang, MongoDB, and SQL to join our Pune onsite team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, database design, and building scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications using Java/Scala/Groovy/Golang.

- Work with MongoDB and SQL databases to design efficient data models and queries.

- Implement scalable, reliable, and secure solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOps.

- Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application reliability.

- Apply software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD.

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Java/Scala/Groovy/Golang (any combination).

- Solid knowledge of MongoDB and SQL.

- Proven experience in backend development and database management.

- Good understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and scalable architectures.

Good to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

- Knowledge of microservices architecture.

- Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
