Position: Head of Sales and Marketing - GM/DGM - (fine blanking sales - B2B)

Location: Ambattur

Experience: 15 to 20 years

Area of Coverage: Pan-India and international markets

Must have experience in fine blanking sales - B2B

Generating Leads: Actively prospecting and generating new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to identify potential customers interested in fine blanking products.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided.

Understanding Customer Needs: Conducting thorough assessments of client needs, preferences, and requirements to tailor fine blanking solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.

Product Knowledge and Consultation: Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of fine blanking products and services, providing expert advice and consultation to clients on product specifications, applications, benefits, and advantages over competitors' offerings.

Proposal Development: Collaborating with internal teams such as engineering, manufacturing, and logistics to develop customized proposals, quotes, and presentations outlining the features, benefits, and pricing of fine blanking solutions.

Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiating terms, conditions, and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring that contracts are accurately drafted, reviewed, and executed in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Monitoring market trends, analyzing sales data, and forecasting future sales opportunities to develop strategic sales plans and achieve revenue targets. Providing regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to management.

Continuous Learning and Development: Staying informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape within the fine blanking sector. Continuously enhancing product knowledge, sales techniques, and negotiation skills through training, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

Customer Support and After-Sales Service: Offering ongoing support to clients post-sale, addressing any issues or concerns they may have, facilitating product demonstrations or training sessions, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process and beyond.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities, market trends, and competitor strategies. Using this information to refine sales strategies, differentiate offerings, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
