Capital Calls - Preparation of Capital Call memos, LC Opening, Follow Up with LPs for funding Distribution - Preparation of Distribution working, LP Memo Preparation, Fund Transfer Wire preparation, Repayment of LCs Reconciliation - Cash Reconciliation, Cash Tracking, Posting Entries, Cash reporting. Tracking of Capital transactions.
