Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager Admissions (Operations)Reports to:Head AdmissionsJob Location:DelhiRoles & Responsibilities Manage and streamlineend-to-end admissions operations , including lead allocation, follow-ups, application processing, documentation, and query resolution. Oversee thecall centre admissions workflow , ensuring timely outreach to prospective students/parents across UG/PG programs and maintaining high service-quality standards. Monitor counsellor productivity, call quality, and conversion ratios; identify gaps and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement strategies toincrease student inquiries and applicationsthrough effective tele-counselling, lead nurturing, and timely communication. Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Academics, IT, Finance) to ensure smooth pre-admission and post-admission processes. Plan and managevirtual and on-ground admissions eventssuch as information sessions, open houses, webinars, and counselling camps. Ensure accurate reporting of daily/weekly/monthly admission metrics, including lead flow, funnel conversions, and enrolment status. Support relationship-building initiatives with schools, coaching centres, and key influencers by coordinating outreach activities and facilitating collaborations through the admissions team. Maintain high standards of customer experience through prompt query handling, escalation management, and process adherence.
