Looking to hire a Program Manager for FundPitch - someone who can operate like a mini-CEO.
About FundPitch: FundPitch is an invite-only technology platform enables growth-stage, pre-IPO, and listed companies to connect with SEBI-registered Merchant Bankers, Investment Bankers and other regulated market intermediaries who can provide access to strategic investors, family offices, and institutional funds.
It is managed by Pre IPO Design and Tech Pvt Ltd, a group company of Equivas Capital, a firm that focuses on Technology advancement and turnaround strategy
Location: Hyderabad/Mumbai
CTC: Flexible as per market standards
Roles and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the tech team to build the product
- Pitch FundPitch to companies (growth-stage, pre-IPO, listed) and onboard them
- Help them upload content (financials, pitch decks, timelines) onto the platform
- Engage with SEBI-registered merchant bankers, investment bankers, and advisors
- Coordinate end-to-end to enable deal flow (pre-IPO funding, QIPs, M\&A, etc.)
- Take feedback from both sides and work with the tech team to refine the product
Must have:
- Good understanding of capital markets, IPOs, reverse mergers, secondary transactions, and how investment bankers work
- Highly entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for execution
- Prior experience or strong exposure to investment banking, merchant banking, capital markets advisory, or fintech products in this space
- MBA, CFA, CA or equivalent finance/business background is a plus
