Required Qualifications:Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise AI platforms such as Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Azure AI, IBM Watson Assistant, Google Dialogflow, Rasa, Botpress.Experience with AI Agents, Chatbots, Virtual Assistants, and Search AI.Expertise in NLP, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering for AI-powered automation.Experience in enterprise application development and AI workflow automation.Strong programming skills in JavaScript (React, Vue.js), Java, Python, or Node.js.Experience in REST API development and API integration.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with AI/ML model training and fine-tuning.Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of AI security, data privacy, and ethical AI practices.Prior experience in enterprise AI implementations for CX/EX automation.Key Responsibilities:Conversational & Generative AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, AI agents, AI voice assistants, and Search AI for enterprise applications.Enterprise AI Platform Expertise: Hands-on development using one or more AI platforms (Kore.ai, Amazon Lex, Azure AI, Google Dialogflow, IBM WatsonEx, Yellow.ai).Solution Design & AI Architecture: Architect AI-powered solutions, integrating NLP, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering for scalable enterprise applications.Full-Stack Development:Frontend: Develop user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, etc.).Backend: Build scalable APIs and services using Java, Python, or Node.js.API Development & Integration: Implement REST API integration and custom API development to connect AI services with enterprise applications.
