We're is seeking a skilled and motivated Graphics Design Team Lead to manage the operations of our graphic design & quality control team. This role involves overseeing the production of print media materials, including brochures, catalogs, flyers, and promotional communications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in graphic design and print media, along with strong leadership and organizational abilities. 

1. Team Leadership: 

  • Lead a team of Graphics Designers and QAs that create production ready assets for digital and print media. 2. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. 
  • Create an open & friendly environment to work in. 

2. Project Management: 

  • Oversee the production process for all print media materials. 
  • Ensure all design projects are completed on time and within budget. 
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment on design projects. 

3. Quality Assurance: 

  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control processes. 
  • Conduct regular sample quality checks on design outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications. 3. Address any design discrepancies or quality issues promptly and effectively. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards. 

4. Operational Efficiency: 

  • Create templates and style guides as required for new projects 
  • Develop and implement strategic design operations plans to enhance team productivity, cost-effectiveness, and overall project success. 
  • Help execute standardized workflows and processes for print media design projects, from concept to final delivery. 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to keep the team at the forefront of design innovation.
  • Must have good conceptualization skills and extensive experience in Print-media design. 
  • Flexibility to working in shifts for 1-2 weeks in a month for critical deliverables. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for design operations, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes. 

5. Stakeholder Collaboration: 

  • Act as a primary point of contact for all design-related inquiries and requests. 
  • Need to have effective English communication skills (written and oral) to be able to discuss designs/ design process with the customers. 

6. Team Management: 

  • Manage and prioritize project resources, including team, and timelines. 
  • Ensure cost-effective use of resources without compromising on quality. 

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 6-7 years of experience in graphic design and print media, with extensive experience in creating promotional content (flyers, brochures etc) /e-learning/publishing house content domain or any other related domain 
  • Strong understanding of print media design principles and production processes. 
  • Expert in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools. 6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills. 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
