Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our team at StrideOne. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for contributing to organizational success.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to identify trends, variances, and key financial metrics.

- Prepare financial models and forecasts, assess financial performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- Assist in the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

- Monitor budget vs. actual performance, investigate variances, and provide explanations and recommendations to management.

- Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings, insights, and recommendations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards related to financial reporting and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop financial strategies aligned with business goals and CA fresher with articleship experience in a Big 4 firm.

- Internship experience in the financial services sector, preferably in an NBFC or banking environment.

- Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement.
