This is afull-time hybrid role based in Mumbai , where you’ll work closely with senior developers and QA leads to ensure every release meets top-tier quality standards. You’ll be involved in writing and executing automated test scripts, validating APIs, and contributing to continuous improvement in our QA processes. Some work-from-home flexibility is available as part of our hybrid setup.ResponsibilitiesExecute automated and manual test cases for web and API-based applications Validate APIs and endpoints using tools likePostmanor similar Create, maintain, and enhance automation scripts (preferably inPlaywright ,Selenium , orReqnroll ) Collaborate with development and QA teams to reproduce and resolve defects Prepare detailed test reports, track issues, and verify fixes usingJira Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to testing best practiceTechnical Requirements2+ yearsof experience in software testing ( Automation + API ) Hands-on experience withPlaywright / Selenium / Reqnroll Solid understanding ofAPI testingand validation techniques Experience withPostmanfor API automation Working knowledge ofGitHubfor version control Familiarity withJirafor project management and bug tracking Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines is a plusCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving mindset Keen attention to detail and high standards for quality Ability to work collaboratively in agile, cross-functional teams Clear written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, proactive learner with a growth-oriented mindsetQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in automation and API testing Exposure to web application testing and version control systems Bonus: Experience with performance or security testing tools
