Ltd. 🕒 Experience Required: 4+ Years 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-site About Digivik Digivik Business Solutions is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Pune, specializing in helping restaurants and hospitality brands build a strong online presence through creative storytelling, strategic campaigns, and performance-driven marketing. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can take charge of social media marketing for our clients and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Plan, create, and execute social media strategies for restaurant and F&B clients across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Manage content calendars , oversee creatives, captions, and posting schedules. Run paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to drive engagement, reservations, and brand visibility. Develop and maintain the brand voice and online reputation for multiple clients. Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports . Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create compelling content. Stay updated with social media trends , influencer marketing opportunities, and new AI or automation tools. Manage client communication and ensure timely delivery of campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media for brands (preferably in the restaurant or hospitality sector). Strong command of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google My Business. Proven experience in running paid social media campaigns. Excellent understanding of content strategy, audience engagement, and brand positioning. Creative mindset with strong writing and communication skills.
