Job Brief:
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated SEO Senior Manager to lead and oversee all search engine optimization activities across various projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO strategies and tactics including technical SEO content optimization link building and local search with a proven ability to drive growth and improve rankings. As an SEO Senior Manager you will be responsible for managing a team coordinating with other departments and delivering measurable results in traffic engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic improve rankings and enhance user experience across various platforms.
  • Lead and manage the SEO team providing guidance mentorship and ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
  • Perform comprehensive keyword research onpage and offpage optimization and competitive analysis.
  • Oversee technical SEO audits collaborating with web developers to ensure that sites are optimized for both desktop and mobile.
  • Manage linkbuilding efforts ensuring highquality backlinks are obtained and maintained.
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics including traffic rankings clickthrough rates and conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends algorithm changes and best practices ensuring strategies are always current.
  • Collaborate with the content marketing and development teams to align SEO goals with business objectives.
  • Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Manage local SEO efforts for locationbased businesses ensuring optimal visibility in local search results.


Skills Required:

  • Proven experience as an SEO Senior Manager or similar role with a strong track record of driving organic growth.
  • Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices including keyword research onpage and offpage optimization and link building.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics SEMrush Ahrefs Moz and Google Search Console.
  • Strong technical SEO knowledge including site audits mobile SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data generate actionable insights and create detailed reports.
  • Leadership and team management abilities with experience in mentoring and developing junior SEO staff.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal for crossdepartmental collaboration and client interaction.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress Shopify or other web management systems.
  • Understanding of HTML CSS and JavaScript as it pertains to SEO.
  • Experience with local SEO strategies and knowledge of optimizing for Google My Business and locationbased search.
  • Ability to stay uptodate with SEO trends and integrate them into actionable strategies.
