Branding and Marketing Direction for the Business

  • Strategically plan marketing programs to enhance market share for each product line and region, aligned with the Business Plan.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing budgets, encompassing promotions, advertising, communications, website management, social media, ATL/BTL campaigns, and PR activities.
  • Drive the creation of new brands, formats, and geographic expansions aligned with the strategic roadmap.


Reputed Brand Awareness and Perception

  • Act as the Brand Custodian, ensuring alignment between Company Brand identity, values, and philosophy.
  • Lead brand expansion initiatives to enhance relevance and reach.
  • Define and execute brand positioning and go-to-market strategies for new lines of business (LOBs).
  • Develop and oversee marketing initiatives for new market entries, tailoring strategies to align with target customer profiles.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
  • Build and manage sub-brands and related categories.


Customer Acquisition and Retention

  • Champion the Customer Experience by collaborating with Operations, Visual Merchandising (VM), and Store Planning teams.
  • Design tailored engagement programs, including loyalty initiatives and premium services for target demographics.
  • Drive Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for the brand to measure customer satisfaction and advocacy.
  • Develop differentiated offerings through experience Zones in each store, enhancing experiential marketing.


Revenue Generation through Marketing Programs

  • Oversee the brand's P&L, ensuring revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans (ATL/BTL) for product lines across digital, social, broadcast, and print media platforms.
  • Enhance omni channel sales by fostering brand engagement on the company website, e-commerce platforms, and social media.
  • Implement targeted marketing measures, including GTMs, communication strategies, seasonal campaigns, media planning, and regional BTL execution to drive sales.
  • Build a Consumer Insights Framework to track market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities (e.g., mystery shopping, customer profiling).
  • Align product preferences, pricing strategies, and promotional activities based on market insights and program ROI.


Collaborating with Partners and Team Management

  • Build a strong, aligned marketing team capable of delivering impactful strategies and results.
  • Coordinate with Retail Teams to ensure the timely rollout of promotions and branding initiatives.
  • Foster effective partnerships with mainline agencies and manage deliverables from agency stakeholders.
  • Oversee media planning, negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Engage secondary and tertiary agencies for extended marketing support.
  • Drive a data-driven and insights-grounded approach to marketing strategies.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to facilitate efficient execution.
