Role Overview :

Vaid and Deepak Pvt Ltd (VDIT) is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead to join our team in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience and will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing IT solutions to drive business growth.

This role requires a balance of technical expertise and functional business knowledge to lead and mentor teams while collaborating with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals responsible for supporting and optimizing IT solutions.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and design optimal solutions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, providing efficient business analysis.

- Design and develop reports using Oracle and dashboards using Tableau to meet business needs.

- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across all business verticals, including Retail and Industrial sectors.

- Lead and oversee the implementation and support of O2C (Order to Cash), P2P (Procure to Pay), Financials, and WMS (Warehouse Management System) modules.

- Leverage tools like Oracle E-Business Suite, Salesforce CRM, and Tableau to support business operations and drive growth.

- Ensure business processes are aligned with IT solutions, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

- Monitor and optimize parameters impacting sales performance and customer satisfaction.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement best practices.

Desired Skills and Qualifications :

- Proven experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and its modules (O2C, P2P, Financials, WMS).

- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Tableau for data visualization and CRM management.

- Strong understanding of business processes in Retail and Industrial domains.

- Excellent leadership and team mentoring skills.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and deliver practical, efficient IT solutions.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
