About the Role:

- We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented HR Generalist to join our growing team.

- You will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

- You will ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, foster a positive and engaging work environment, and contribute to the overall success of our company Operations & Administration:

- Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

- Manage employee records and data securely and efficiently.

- Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.

- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process.

- Onboard new hires and ensure they are properly integrated into the company culture.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Foster a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee well-being and productivity.

- Manage employee relations issues, including resolving conflicts and addressing concerns.

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as company events, recognition programs, and training opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting:

- Stay up-to-date on HR regulations and ensure the company adheres to all labor laws and industry standards.

- Prepare and maintain HR reports to provide insights and inform strategic Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's preferred).

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role.

- Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment law.

- Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) (a plus).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Passion for building a positive and inclusive work environment.
