As a Construction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects for our clients in the region. With our extensive network and expertise, we deliver exceptional recruitment solutions across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to construction teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental standards
  • Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and schedules
  • Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure work is being carried out according to approved plans and within budget
  • Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 Years of Experience
  • Proven experience working in construction management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of construction principles, practices, and techniques
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural plans and drawings
  • Familiarity with local construction regulations and building codes in Saudi Arabia
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
