Job Title: Accounts Payable – Fresher Location: Mumbai Qualification: B.Com (Mandatory) Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh B.Com graduates to join our Accounts Payable team . The role will provide exposure to end-to-end accounts payable processes, including GST, TDS, and vendor payments , with a strong learning platform in finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and payments as per company policies. Verify invoices with purchase orders and supporting documents. Handle accounting of GST & TDS deductions as per statutory requirements. Prepare vendor reconciliations and ensure timely payments. Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve invoice/payment queries. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and internal controls. Requirements: B.Com graduate (mandatory). Strong numerical and analytical skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting concepts. Awareness of GST & TDS fundamentals preferred.
