MEP Project ManagerKey Responsibilities- Lead the planning, design, and execution of MEP systems (electrical, HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing, and ELV). - Provide technical guidance and leadership to the MEP engineering team and site engineers. - Conduct design reviews, value engineering, and approve drawings, submittals, and material specifications. - Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety standards, and local regulatory requirements. - Manage budgeting, BOQ preparation, vendor selection, and procurement processes. - Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved. - Oversee testing, commissioning, quality control, and handover documentation. - Monitor project timelines, resources, and costs to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery. - Drive innovation in sustainability and energy efficiency practices in MEP systems.Qualifications & Experience- Educational: BE/BTech in Electrical / Mechanical / MEP Engineering. - Experience: Minimum 10 years in MEP project design, supervision, and management. - Strong expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and MS Project/Primavera. - Proven ability to lead teams, manage contractors/vendors, and handle multiple projects. - Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
