We are looking for an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with 3 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of Workday HCM solutions.

As a Workday HCM Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implementation : Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and others.

- Configuration : Configure Workday HCM modules according to business requirements, ensuring alignment with best practices.

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, translating them into technical specifications.

- Customization : Develop and implement custom solutions within Workday to meet specific business needs, including reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.

- Testing : Develop and execute test plans, scripts, and cases to ensure the quality and functionality of implemented solutions.

- Support : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Workday HCM modules, including troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements.

- Integration : Work on integrations between Workday and other systems using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and other integration tools.

- Training : Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide documentation and support materials to ensure successful adoption of Workday solutions.

- Project Management : Assist in project planning and management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with Workday updates and new features, recommending and implementing improvements to existing configurations and processes.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Workday Expertise : Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with Workday HCM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support.

- HR Processes Knowledge : In-depth understanding of HR processes and best practices, including Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Absence Management, and Benefits.

- Integration Experience : Experience with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Web Services.

- Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Project Management : Experience with project management methodologies and tools, including Agile practices.

- Documentation : Ability to create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, integrations, and training materials.

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
