Drupal Lead(Front End)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Drupal Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills a deep understanding of Drupal development and extensive experience in Drupal theming. As a Drupal Lead you will oversee and drive the development of highquality web solutions ensure best practices in coding and theming and lead a team of developers to deliver topnotch projects.

Location: Pune (Work From Office)

Experience: 7Years

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Drupal websites and applications.
  • Develop custom Drupal themes templates and components using PHP HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Ensure responsive design and crossbrowser compatibility.
  • Implement Drupal theming best practices and ensure adherence to Drupal coding standards.
  • Collaborate with designers to translate design mockups into functional themes.
  • Optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Responsible for medium to large websites using Drupal 8 & Drupal 9 Platform
  • Provide architectural blueprints Diagram and technical leadership to the Development team.
  • Evaluate and Drupal recommend tools libraries and processes to ensure the highest quality for the Drupal product platform.
  • Create highlevel product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
  • Work closely with backend developers and customers to ensure an effective visually appealing and intuitive implementation.


Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Drupal development with a strong focus on Drupal theming.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a development team.
  • Migrating existing sites from Drupal 8 to Drupal 9 including content type creation view building
  • Expertise in PHP HTML CSS React JavaScript and other web technologies.
  • Experience with Drupal 8/9 including sitebuilding configuration and theming.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git) and development workflows.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobilefirst development.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with frontend frameworks such as Bootstrap Foundation or similar.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g. Docker Jenkins etc.).
  • Contributions to the Drupal community (e.g. modules themes patches).
