  • Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders.
  • Digital Marketing Implementation and Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on eCommerce and quick commerce platforms  optimizing for maximum ROI.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
  • Vendor Coordination: Engage with category managers and vendors on a monthly basis to ensure PO alignment, optimize performance and increase sales.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
  • Label and Packaging Management: Ensure all product labels and packaging materials are prepared and available as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in accounting and eCommerce management, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry.

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Paytm).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in managing online sales and digital marketing campaigns.
