- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial operations.
#eCommerce Management:
- Order Fulfilment: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfilment process across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all orders.
- Digital Marketing Implementation and Coordination: Plan, execute, and monitor digital advertising campaigns on eCommerce and quick commerce platforms optimizing for maximum ROI.
- Data Analysis: Conduct regular analysis of sales data to identify trends, generate insights, and inform strategic decisions.
- Vendor Coordination: Engage with category managers and vendors on a monthly basis to ensure PO alignment, optimize performance and increase sales.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and timely replenishment to prevent stock-outs and overstocking.
- Label and Packaging Management: Ensure all product labels and packaging materials are prepared and available as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. A professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in accounting and eCommerce management, preferably within the FMCG or dairy industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Paytm).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing online sales and digital marketing campaigns.
