About us:
Sapience Automata is an AI-based Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Vehicles (AV) technology provider. The company provides predictive collision warning systems, anti-sleep alarm, critical video recording, fatigue detection, GPS location, enabling users to prevent road accidents caused by distraction, drowsy driving and unpredictable road user behaviours.
About the role:
Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the company's sales and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting a sales strategy and building relationships and negotiating complex deals and beating the competition in head-to-head Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals.
- Develop and execute a business strategy by arranging meeting with prospective clients, preparing sales contracts adhering to legal and corporate guidelines to drive overall revenue of the company.
- Create a solid network of strategic partnerships.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation and expansion.
- Evangelize the product and personally help close larger deals.
- Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing.
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives.
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of A bachelor's/ master's degree in business administration, marketing or an equivalent field.
- Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Preferably from automotive (aftermarket products, spares, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, insurance, commercial fleets) sales background.
