About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with strong hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data pipelines and integration workflows. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing, SQL, and performance optimization to support business-critical analytics and reporting Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement scalable ETL workflows and data pipelines.

- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or analytical systems.

- Optimize ETL processes for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements

and translate them into technical solutions.

- Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality checks to ensure accuracy.

- Troubleshoot and resolve ETL process issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Maintain technical documentation for ETL processes, data flows, and Skills & Experience :

- 3 - 7 years of professional experience as an ETL Developer or in a similar role.

- Strong expertise in ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS (any one or more).

- Solid experience in SQL, PL/SQL, and stored procedures.

- Hands-on experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and schema design.

- Proficiency in working with RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).

- Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and data governance practices.

- Familiarity with big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud data services (AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, GCP Dataflow) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a to Have :

- Knowledge of Python/Scala/Java for data transformation scripting.

- Experience with real-time/streaming ETL (Kafka, Spark Streaming, etc.).

- Exposure to BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).
