Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Zscaler Administrator with a strong background in Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Client Connector (ZCC) ideal candidate should have expertise in basic networking concepts and hands-on experience in managing and resolving issues related to :

- ZCC configuration and Forwarding profiles and application profiles.

- PAC file creation, modification, and URL categorization and redirection issues.

- Policy configuration and optimization within Zscaler.

- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated incidents.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and firewall policies.

- Experience in Zscaler traffic forwarding methods (ZCC, PAC, GRE, IPSec).

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills for incident resolution.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
