Role summary :

We are looking for a passionate, innovative, technically sound candidate with excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills to lead our software development.

The candidate will need to be hands-on willing to multi task as an individual contributor as well as contribute as the technical lead.

Knowledge and Skills :

- Experienced in overall architecture of embedded application development.

- Excellent Programming Skills - C, C++, Python

- Experience to develop embedded Linux applications using C/C++.

- Multimedia streaming application development (Linux platform preferred)

- Linux Kernel programming, device driver experience.

- Knowledge in one or more of the following: SPI, I2C, SDIO, NAND Flash, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.

- Knowledge in one or more of the following: Audio-Video codecs specifically H264/H265, Network protocols, device driver development

- Experience with wireless communication, such as cellular (CDMA, 3G-HSPA, 4G-LTE, Cat-M, 5G), Wi-Fi, z-wave, Zigbee, and other IoT protocols is a plus

- Experience with cryptography and specialized embedded processors is a plus.

- Knowledge of Image Signal Processing and Camera related development

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work in a team environment utilizing collaboration skills.

- Strong technical leadership skills, take ownership and work independently as well as in a team.

- Able to come up with innovative solutions.

- Ability to effectively communicate product architectures, design proposals.

- Good Debugging skills and hands on with coding and tool usage.
