We are looking for someone who can "Head" the "Marketing" function at Fernandez Hospitals - HYDERABAD.

Role: Head of Marketing

Designation: Sr. General Manager / Associate Director (based on the last held position)

Work Location: Bogulkunta - Hyderabad

Work Type: 100% full time work from office

Key Responsibilities:

- Increase organizational and brand awareness through marketing initiatives.

- Strategize, formulate and execute the Annual - Marketing Plan, Budget, & the Marketing Calendar.

- Design & handle Digital & Social Media marketing initiatives/campaigns.

- Create & manage SEO, SEM, display advertising, email, and social media marketing campaigns.

- Google Ad-words: Track and monitor key metrics for websites, mobile app, social platforms daily.

- Prepare all digital marketing MIS on weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis.

- Plan, design and execute all offline ATL/BTL marketing strategies like media planning, TV interviews, newspaper ads, hoardings etc.

- Measure cost of customer acquisition and ensure compliance with agreed benchmarks.

- Track conversion rates from inquiries to registrations of patients and suggesting initiatives for further improvement.

- Build the digital marketing roadmap for the organization.

- Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, emails, and social media) to ensure brand consistency.

- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of client interaction.

- Oversee all the social media accounts.

- Forecast performance trends and act proactively to increase the market segment.

- Monitor competition and analysis, competition handling.

- Stay up to date on the latest social media trends and implement them in Fernandez's marketing campaigns.

Knowledge Requirement:

- Extensive knowledge of Digital Marketing, Online/offline marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.

- High-level proficiency in MS office, Analytics and CRM.

Skills Requirement:
