Financial Analyst

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance professional with a strong analytical background in financial statements and experience covering Financials or NBFCs, etc. and contribute to the development of the organisation. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and building financial models and should have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements:

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and teaming skills.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and articulation skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
• Knowledge of Valuations, GAAP/Non-GAAP, M&A concept, etc
• Detail-oriented self-starter with strong organisational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as with the team.
• Experience in Financial modelling and projects, including experience in building models from scratch in MS Excel with the ability to understand and formulate business drivers (revenue, cost etc)
• Capable of working in dynamic &changing environment
• Proficiency in MS excel, word and PowerPoint.
• Flexibility to work in multiple time zones, in line with client requirements.
• Candidates having working experience on different terminals like Bloomberg, FactSet etc will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing financial information/statements across various companies, sectors & sub-industry
• Building and projecting simple/complex financial company models as per standard templates or based on client requirements.
• Analyzing and interpreting current and past financial data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials.
• Strategic thinking and good presentation skills Analyzing and representing results, variances, and trends Maintain confidentiality of all official and client information
• Ability to multitask and meet constant client deadlines with responsibility and accountability for quality control and accuracy of deliverables.
• Works collaboratively with the team and is a positive contributor to the firm’s culture.
• Client responsibilities will include Interacting with client teams related to product and provide solution.

Education:

• Graduate, CFA Mandatory (2nd / 3rd Level).
