Title - Senior Software Developer ( Java Developer)

Location : - Pune, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, Banagalore

Experience : - 5-8 Years

Must Haves :

- Java

- Spring Boot

- Microservices

- Hibernate

- Data Structures

- MongoDB/ postgresql

Job Description :

- Must have strong fundamentals clarity on Core Java

- Must have good experience in Object Oriented Programming and Design Patterns

- Must have software development experience and proven track record of successful delivery

- Must be very comfortable with Java 8 syntaxes and best coding practices

- Should have worked as team member in a team of minimum 3

- Lead a team of senior junior developers at offshore.

- Experience in software development

- Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals: data structure, algorithm, distributed system design, database, and design patterns.

- Strong coding skills with a modern language (Java, SpringBoot etc)

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

- REST, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, KAFKA

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications in alignment with business and technical requirements.

- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using Java, Spring (Boot, MVC), Hibernate, and related frameworks.

- Lead the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams.

- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical mentorship to junior team members.

- Identify and resolve software bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks.

- Contribute to software architecture and system design discussions.

- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices in Java development
