Job Title : Senior Project ManagerExperience : 8+ YearsJob Location : BangaloreSkills (Must Have) :- SAFe Certified Scrum Master (SSM) or equivalent Agile certification.- Minimum 12 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager, preferably in the banking domain.- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks : Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban.- Proven experience in project management, delivery tracking, and stakeholder communication.- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.- Experience leading SAFe Agile Release Train events (e.g., PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums).- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams, resolve dependencies, and remove impediments.- Experience supporting Product Owners with Feature and Epic prioritization and planning.- Skilled in delivery tracking, milestone planning, and KPI definition.- Capable of maintaining risk logs and preparing status reports for senior leadership.- Strong communication, documentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.Skills (Good to have) :- PMP certification is a plus.- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.- Hands-on experience managing distributed or remote teams.Role & Responsibility :- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Reviews, PI Planning, etc.).- Guide teams on Agile/Scrum practices and help them continuously improve.- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.- Track and report on team progress, risks, and impediments using Agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a high-performing team environment.- Manage scope, budget, and timelines, ensuring alignment with business and client expectations.- Drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices across the organization.- Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and RTEs in a SAFe environment to manage :- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
