Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders, data architects, and team members to collect needs and design scalable business intelligence (BI) analytics and reporting systems. Create and implement user-friendly and efficient dashboards, reports, and visual representations utilizing Power BI.
  • Make interactive, aesthetically pleasing dashboards, reports, and scorecards that can be used to effectively convey complex data insights to different stakeholders. Assure reporting deliverables' timeliness, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Examine intricate datasets to discover trends, patterns, and practical insights. Work together with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand their analytical needs and offer valuable suggestions grounded in data-driven findings.
  • Constantly improve the effectiveness and efficiency of current business intelligence solutions. Recognize and address any obstacles to performance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure that the BI infrastructure runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the product owner and data team on data modeling and analysis. Create and build data models, data catalogs, and data queries to meet analytical needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working as a data analyst /visualization.
  • 6+ years of data analysis experience using one or a combination of tools – Excel, Power BI, Looker Studio, and SQL.
  • 6+ years of SQL experience – Create SQL scripts, working experience on GCP BigQuery would be a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • 6+ years of Microsoft Power BI development experience – DAX, Power Query, Data Modelling.
  • 2+ years of working experience in Microsoft advanced tools – Power Automate
  • A passion for turning data into actionable insights
